Personal life

Dan knows that selling a home is about strategy, negotiation and ethics – and he earns top dollar for his clients’ homes by demonstrating those skills everyday.

Before Dan became a realtor, he earned a degree at the University of Waterloo and was a General Manager for Milestones Restaurants.

In his free time, Dan is a music snob geek and loves music documentaries. While he has travelled extensively through North America, Europe, Asia and Australia; Dan maintains that his favourite city in the world is Toronto.

Professional experience

Dan’s real estate business focuses on resale condominiums and single family homes, and knows Toronto downtown and East end neighbourhoods intimately. However like an old girlfriend, Dan has a secret little fire burning for homes in the west end.

Strategic partners are a big part of Dan’s value – he knows that being able to negotiate is just one part of finding his clients the right home and selling the one they’re in. Having the right team of lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, stagers and photographers in place is essential to getting the job done. Even after the transaction, Dan frequently connects his clients with interior decorators, painters, contractors, landscapers etc.

Dan’s team embraces technology and social media to meet his commitment to mother earth and he makes every reasonable effort to behave in a paperless manner.

Education, training and leadership has always been important to Dan. He is a sitting member of the Keller Williams Agents Leadership Committee and actively participates in the training of new realtors.
